CD205-1 Diaphragm

CD205 (formerly known as DEC205) is a type I C-type lectin receptor that binds mannose on dying cells. It is highly expressed on human blood dendritic cells (DC) and monocytes and at lower levels on plasmatoid DC, B cells and NK cells. MEN1309/OBT076 is a humanized anti-CD205 antibody conjugated through a cleavable linker to the potent maytansinoid microtubule disruptor DM4. It was tested in high and low CD205 expression xenografts of Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) and Follicular Lymphomas.
