Our two-pump digital stroke counters/rate meters monitor the stroke rate and total accumulated strokes for two mud pumps simultaneously. The large easy-to-read, low power LCD display shows RPM and SPM (strokes per minute) for each pump and a cumulative total of accumulated strokes (0-9999 total strokes). Counters, sensors, cables, and all electronics are bundled into one rugged stainless steel, waterproof, battery powered system with a single push button to turn on/off and reset.

Proximity Detection systems eliminate the need for belt-driven generators on SPM and RPM systems by using reliable and durable proximity sensors mounted permanently on a mud pump for the SPM function, or near the rotary table for the RPM function. The sensors detect a change in the vibration of the mud pump and send a signal to a counter or indicator.
